2022 "PB&C" Traditional Method

“PB&C”, a cheeky riff on PB&J, is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.   Using Martha’s Vineyard Pinot Blanc and King Family Farm Chardonnay, we co-fermented the juice to create a light and beautifully balanced bubble with a fresh melon and citrus palate.  This wine will pair beautifully with the widest array of appetizers and absolutely loves cheese. Perfect for all your fall / winter pairings.
