2022 Sparkling Red Traditional Method Rouge

This light sparkling red bubble is a blend of three clones of Gamay (Clone 509 – 40%, Clone 787 – 17% and Clone 358, a more muscular clone – 36%) with a dash of Cabernet Franc (7%)  for colour.  Gamay Clone 358 is known for making full-bodied still red wines and it is what provides the back bone structure to this incredibly versatile bubble of strawberry and juicy cherry rock candy with a crisp pallet.  This bubble drinks like a light red and can stand up to all your rich fall / winter food options.
