We co-fermented Martha’s Vineyard Pinot Blanc and added a touch of Muscat from the Mariani Vineyard to create a beautifully approachable sparkling wine for all occasions. The wee bit of muscat lends a delicate floral nose and the pinot blanc lends a melon and pear flavour on the palate with a round soft marshmallow finish.
